Flying squad nabs eMalahleni house robbers

Three men wanted in connection with a house robbery in eMalahleni were arrested in Phumula, Alberton.

“The group were tracking a maroon Mazda 2, which was taken during a house robbery earlier in the day,” said Giblin. eMalahleni law enforcement alleged a white Toyota Quantum dropped the suspects off near the scene of the crime. The thieves took the Mazda 2, five laptops, two large safes containing an undisclosed amount of money, and smaller items.“They recovered the safes, however, the money and laptops were allegedly already en route to Mozambique.”
