Four women and a man, all in their mid 30s or 40s, were injured, three seriously, when two cars collided at the intersection of CR Swart and Tin roads in Bromhof in Randburg, Johannesburg on Saturday night, paramedics said.
ER24 paramedics, as well as those from another service, arrived on the scene to find that all the passengers had already exited their vehicles, ER24 spokesman Ross Campbell said. A 34-year-old man and a 35-year-old women were treated for moderate injuries and transported by ER24 to a private hospital in the area.
The other three seriously injured women were transported by the other service to Helen Joseph Hospital for further treatment, Campbell said.
