Financial misconduct: Defiant HPCSA boss challenges disciplinary process

This followed allegations of financial impropriety levelled against him by the National Education, Health and Allied Workers’ Union in a letter sent to Health Minister Joe PhaahlaThe inquiry was scheduled for April 29–30, 2024 but it only proceeded on 30 April because one of the committee members was unavailable. When the inquiry reconvenes this month, Nemutandani is expected to challenge the HPCSA’s jurisdiction to discipline him.
