'Fake news': Eskom rejects Malema's claim load shedding will return 'immediately after elections'

Addressing the media while waiting to vote at Mponegele Primary School, EFF leader Julius Malema claimed, without any proof, the suspension of load shedding was a smokescreen and would return"immediately after the elections".

However, News24 reported on Tuesday Eskom confirmed load shedding would remain suspended until further notice. "The load shedding-free days are not sustainable. They will not last. Eskom said they have suspended load shedding. They didn't say they had gotten rid of load shedding.
