'Face the music': SA reacts, Meyiwa trial postponed as new suspects named

The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is postponed since new suspects have been named in a second docket. Image: OJ Koloti/Gallo Images & Duif du Toit/Gallo ImagesDuring the cross-examination of forensic expert Sergeant Thabo Mosia, Advocate Mshololo said the statement she wanted to reference is contained in the second docket.

She said she could not continue with the cross-examination without reading the complete document where the statement is contained,The second docket recommends that Longwe Twala, Kelly Khumalo, Gladness Khumalo, Zandi Khumalo, Tumelo Madlala, Mthokozisi Thwala and Maggie Phiri should be charged with murder and defeating the ends of justice.
