Bafana Bafana midfielder Bongani Zungu is reportedly close to a return to the PSL, with Mamelodi Sundowns believed to be leading the race for the player's signature. SLSiya Read more:

Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Sandile Ndlovu believes that a move back to SA would be a mistake.

"I think there's this tendency of South African players not wanting to fight for their place in Europe. We usually put it as 'home sick' which is very strange and only happens with our players," Ndlovu told the Siya crew. "Bongani Zungu is quality to be playing PSL football. I don't know what is happening with him, but I don't think coming back to the country is a wise decision, because he still has lots to offer.

"He was at Rangers and if he was pushing so hard, moving to EPL was close with his quality, I wouldn't advise him to play here. He is too good for PSL and I'm really shocked that he is even considering a move this side." Close to 50 PSL players have been released from their clubs. What knock-on effect will this have for the players and the clubs alike? Find out by clicking on the podcast player below!

They are not leading any race stop this nonsense, they are the only one who want to sign that boy lena marete

That would be end of very promising career... Be that as it may, he'd rather join Kaizer Chiefs and improve the competitiveness of our league...

He is another European reject.... I had high hopes for him. But he embarrassed us.

Let him go where he is needed.

Is he a bafana bafana player? How many minutes did he play against Morocco?

He was only approached by them. So what face are you talking about?
