Former Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat ended a near two-year goal drought by scoring a brace for his new side Yadah FC!

The Zimbabwean star opted against signing a ‘reduced’ contract at Naturena last year, leaving him unemployed for over seven months.

In February however, Billiat completed a shock move to Zimbabwean side Yadah FC. And now, the diminutive attacker has scored his first two goals for the club!Khama Billiat scored twice in a friendly match against Mozambique top division reigning champions Clube Ferroviário da Beira. The last time Billiat scored was all the way back in April 2022 for Kaizer Chiefs in a 2-1 loss against Golden Arrows.In other news, former Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach John Paintsil has landed a new coaching role with the Ghanaian national team.

Paintsil spent one season at Naturena, acting as Steve Komphela’s assistant coach between 2016 and 2017.He’ll act as an assistant coach to Black Stars coach Otto Addo alongside Fatawu Dauda and Joseph Laumann.“Black Stars coach Otto Addo has named two former players, John Paintsil and also Fatawu Dauda, alongside Joseph Laumann as assistant coaches,”Many Orlando Pirates fans will remember former goalkeeper Fatawu Dauda.
