There have been reports of sewage spills in Durban for years, with no closure. Yet somehow, they feel they can dunk on Cape Town for actually closing a beach that is a hazard to citizens? ANC are just failures of note. MarvinCharles_ Ziyakhala! MarvinCharles_ Is this a pissing contest? Clean up and move on. The people pay rates and taxes for services that are not being delivered.
