Cyril sees himself as a mighty leader. Not a failed leader of a bankrupt country represented by a speck of fly shit on the world map. He believes, by saying, Escom must be fixed, a fairy will wave a wand, and Cyril's order will be done. Bring back all the white engineers Cyril.

Unfortunately there aren't any quick fixes to eskom's gazillion problems. Government should take a stance and develop a workable turnaround strategy currently the President is trying to please everyone and that's his downfall. Overhaul all eskom contracts. Stick with coal.

There will be no quick fix , If you can understand and know the root causes of loadshedding. Loadshedding started exactly 2008, how my years till now, then how many years till now where was solutions and future actions plan till now. Meaning we started to burn diesel 2008 why?

Roof top solar is such a complicated solution - the poor BIG men couldn't even begin to understand it - shame , they need time to get their head around using existing infrastructure to feed in electricity made from the sun in to the grid. Google is hard for these boomers Eskom
