This action follows the disconnection of the property during the Tshwane Ya Tima operation on 8 April due to non-payment of municipal services, including electricity, amounting to nearly R300 000.
The arrest of the property occupants ensued following a tip-off from a vigilant resident who reported the illegal connection to authorities.
