Elections2019: Buthelezi to launch IFP's KZN manifesto

Pietermaritzburg - Twenty days before the crucial general elections billed for May 8, the Inkatha Freedom Party will on Wednesday take its campaign to Pietermaritzburg where it will launch its provincial manifesto for the people of KZN.

While Buthelezi will deliver the manifesto of the day, Hlabisa will unveil his plan to turn around the province should he be elected the premier. The “Trust Us” election slogan is derived from the party's strong stance against corruption, which during its rule of the province between 1994 and 2004 claimed there were no major corruption scandals reported.

As political parties continues to scramble to get votes and show force ahead of the May 8 vote, so is the IFP.

May 8 election make or break for IFP, UDM, FF+, Cope and ACDPMost pollsters agree that there are thousands of votes still up for grabs, something the 'other five' will try to capitalise on as we enter the last three weeks of campaigns, writes Adriaan Basson. AdriaanBasson It’s sad looking forward to the 8th, especially when thinking of voting for no reason. But hey 🤷🏽‍♂️who are we to say such coz we are just law abiding citizens of South Africa 🇿🇦. South Africa is a beautiful country, I wish nothing but change for us all. AdriaanBasson I’m sure this tired narrative has been spread before every election in the last 20 years.

No. I won’t give money to the SPCA to vaccinate cows belonging to people who don’t bladdy well do it themselves. How about the owners of these cows sell the cows. They clearly can’t afford them.
