You weren't there agree and u didn't phone those children and invite for free drinks parents need to be responsible for their children

Parents no longer want to take responsibility of their children. It is scary how many of us blame teachers , social media , government etc. How are we raising our children ? Most of the children out there feel entitled to do whatever they like. No rules society.

So what and why not, selling to minors, tell him he's in big shit 😔 him and his staff are going down and then to hell

Where was the substitute then, why didn't he notify the owner about this saddening tragedies? To hell with mankindsacrifices

LuloCafe That’s the problem with our people. They talk ahead of a possible criminal trial and that’s not good for them. They will print their cellphone records and show they were exactly where they say they were not. It’s not a good idea to talk a lot.

LuloCafe It's the parents fault.. How do u sleep when ur 13 year old is not at home in the middle of the night.

You can’t blame the owner he did not take them by a guy and brought them to his tarven from their homes, it was their choice. People must stop blaming others for the choices of others. Rights have responsibilities and choices, that something is allowed does not mean choose it

That doesn't mean that you are not guilty of manslaughter.

Guys its easy to point fingers at the tavern owner very easy... But what about us parents? Where is my 14 year old at 20h00 not even 01h00 im talking about 20h00. Guys lets own this all of us! EnyobeniTarven

I get that he must take some type of responsibility and possibly charges but parents do need to take responsibility for their kids, if that's a hard job then this man shouldn't be expected to be responsible for those kids, with that being said whoever killed them must pay

How does a parent let their underage children out of the house after 8pm in South Africa?

Oh well..using the standard MYANC response of zero accountability will get him off the hook I reckon.

He is responsible. What did he do when he saw all the children outside waiting to get in. It was all about money for him. Period.

Human Rights Commission is so reactive, look at telheir EC tavern tragedy comments

💔

SA laws are not being respected, the liquor board is condemning this incident, but they are regulators of this industry, responsible for inspections, the same applies to the spaza industry, Gov only reacts when kids are killed by contaminated noodles. SA is a lawless country

But he has delegates,

Yes give it to him, he wasn't home when it happened. However there is a question to ask. When you go away from your business, does that mean you no longer own it?

Accountability doesn't work that way. You don't get a free pass.

Investing and getting the returns is what i have ever wanted finally found it In BencyDanie

Now because he was not is it supposed to make it better? It is his business, he's responsible for this

Looks like these kids were close friends, what if they were poisoned wherever they where before going to that tavern?

Community must b3 in charge. On our time you will never even be that close to a tarven anyone will chase you away till you get home and your mother won't be on the side on your side. But these days the mother will tell you it's my child mind your own business.

😂😂😂 … will a CRIMINAL ever admit to a CRIME! Even if he was, a few Rands here & there, and the docket will disappear!!!

And your manager? Are your staff trained to permit underage patrons?

So sad indeed 🥺

That does not cut. Why did he or she allow taverners to rock all nite especially our youth? What does the law say? S/he must account. Period.

Parents must also take responsibility, imagine 13 years, awoa this is unacceptable

Closing or not closing the tavern those kinds will continue drinking alcohol, and they are not going to stop going to the taverns... Look at those who in varsity wooo😳 they are abusing alcohol🤞... Anyway may their souls rest in peace

The blame game begins🥺🥺😔

Being absent or present to me is the same, that is one of the biggest and enjoyable places in the location I don't think is the first time children like that attend such events like that it's a pity the day and time of incident is unknown 💔

Who are the security guards? Locals

That you were not there does't let you off the hook. Chances are you could have given instruction for the youngsters to be murdered as part of your business sacrifice in the larger scheme of tavern evil things , yeah ?

It's Really Sad. But a couple weeks ago there was was this clip about this mother who went to a tavern I'm not sure correct me if I'm wrong. She was a criticized by many for DISCIPLINING her child, but today a child of 13 years old died in a tavern. 13 years old😭😭😭

He must take responsibility. All monies collected that night must be given to the deceased families

Yah neh😏

He was also grooving somewhere

But someone must have been there moss, the canister cant empty itself now can it?

So wat really transpired if u weren't there wat are your workers saying... HUMANLIVESMATTER
