The people of this country deserve a good health care service and if there are good doctors and nurses out there they should be employed for the sake of our people who need care now not tomorrow! Qoutas again? Why not just train 414 doctors to do the work required and keep them to a fixed contract? Support them as far as possible to retain them in the system? Their skills are sorely required.
