The challenge we have in South Africa is not skilled people anymore, it's the money to pay them. We have medical doctors and now social workers that cannot be absorbed into government departments i.e. Departments of Health and Social Development LindiweZulu PresidencyZA

but there is no department ,lets just say social workers cant find the department .

They have even looted money to pay R350 relief fund, dololo
