Case against truck driver alleged to have caused uPhongolo crash postponed - SABC News - Breaking news, special reports, world, business, sport coverage of all South African current events. Africa's news leader. The case against the man who allegedly caused the horrific uPhongolo crash on the N2 on Friday has been postponed to Monday next week. Government must interven in this issue and come up with a solution because roads are not build for trucks only. Sad that so many young lives were lost! But again, the MYANC have been labouring the transport of learners for how many years and still nothing?! How many more lives must be lost due to the inaction of the MYANC and CyrilRamaphosa? Shouldn't they be held accountable as well? I hope murder is one of the charges being preferred against him.
