DA to march on Union Buildings to KeepTheLightsOn

Maimane and the DA have proposed a"cheaper energy bill" which they say will solve the country's energy issues.

The party proposes to move Eskom's transmission and grid capabilities to an independent state-owned entity that will own and operate the grid. The generation section would compete with other independent power producers on price and reliability for supply to the grid. Maimane says they will be marching on the Union Buildings and will demand the Presidency respond within five days.Source
