JOHANNESBURG - The South African Medical Association says the Eastern Cape needs urgent intervention.According to the association, there are no permanently employed leaders in all critical posts.SAMA's vice-chairperson, Mvuyisi Mzukwa says it was a grave mistake to allow alcohol during a pandemic. Health Minister Zweli Mkhize has expressed concern over the recent COVID-19 outbreaks in the province.
