JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has called on South Africans to behave themselves when they drink alcohol. He says banning alcohol sales again due to a spike in alcohol-related incidents is not on the cards. It was always going to be a risk. We are calling on South Africans to behave in a manner that will take into account the rights of other people to healthcare," he said.

This was a bad move although it was a good injection to our economy

Idiots set weird rules then expect people to behave😂😂

😂😂😂😂

They will, as soon as you lead responsibly and admit you made mistakes with dragon lady, mr panties & underpants, cele etc. Put them out to rest so they can pester their neighborhoods.

💁🏽‍♂️💁🏽‍♂️

Are you joking

Really. Tell that to an alcoholic

Do you think people will listen to you. You must be joking, you can never tell people how much they should or should not drink. Words wasted.

CyrilRamaphosa what a joke.

Talking about people of colour. 'MY PEOPLE'

You created your own problem.

We call on ANC to be responsible, and jail corrupt cadres

You've done so well with the lockdown. Worse idea ever ! You should've let the people smoke and keep the alcohol on lockdown.

26 years too late, attitude and resposibility issues. cANCer govt too stupid to contemplate.

So why can't people smoke responsibly?

We are.

However, so far, I've never heard of anyone crashing a car into a pole nd landing up in hospital from over indulging in a pk of cigarettes? erm.... whatatwat

It shouldn't be! It is enriching the Economy. You see now what happens when you take things away from people. But they smoking cant cause half the harm alcohol does. Please, don't let that bother you.

Yes daddy we are responsibly.

Disappointed I hope you reverse the decision CyrilRamaphosa

Your Government created the hype around alcohol when you decided to ban it arbitrarily!!!! Now it's a problem because you're seeing a frenzy of people buying it to consume. Why did you take away to begin with. There was zero justification..

Noted mr President will do dat..

Got enough stock for the whole weekend my president. So I will try to behave👌✌️🤦

Voetsek

Lol

Indeed We'll Mr matamela

So in simple english he is saying 'put on your masks and sanitize your hands regularly when your drunk?'

What population groups smoking the most? What population group drink the most? By answering this we will be able to understand the ban on cigarettes and selling of alcohol.

But you ban smoking!!!

CyrilRamaphosa you know smoking would have caused less harm? Tell this to your lead actress DlaminiZuma
