ADDIS ABABA - Fifty-four African Union member states reported 275,327 confirmed cases of coronavirus , 7395 Covid-19-related deaths, and 125,316 recoveries as of Saturday morning, the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention said in a statement.
