CAPE TOWN - On Tuesday - World Water Day - Cape Town-based conservationists welcomed a court interdict against developers of Amazon's planned new headquarters.

But last week, a ruling by Western Cape Deputy Judge President Patricia Goliath brought construction to a holt.
