The dispensing of the monthly social grants entered its second day on Tuesday and there were long queues at ATMs, Post Office branches and supermarkets.

Our_DA Why don't grants get paid into bank accounts instead of having elderly people queue like a bunch of sheep. Yourselves are too blame actually! Can I come and pay my tax in a queue and maybe I wont even show up.
