Charges against Solly Msimanga’s brother withdrawn due to lack of witnesses

The case against Nkululeko Msimanga, former Tshwane mayor Solly Msimanga’s brother, was withdrawn after witnesses refused to come forward. Nkululeko told the publication that he was “relieved” that the charges were withdrawn as he was not guilty, while his brother Solly said he hoped that Nkululeko’s name would be cleared.However, the city of Tshwane reportedly plans on pursuing internal disciplinary charges against Nkululeko.

The DA said that Nkululeko was appointed to work for the city when it was still led by the ANC, and a year before the DA coalition took over.
