Opinion | Changing its leader won’t change the UK’s Brexit chaos

This time it’s for real. Theresa May didn’t exactly say when she would leave 10 Downing Street, but on Thursday she promised to name her exit date in early June.

She previously promised to leave before the next election and then after her Brexit deal won approval from parliament; now she will step down regardless. Replacing May doesn’t change the fact that there will be no trade deal with Europe of any kind without an agreement that keeps the Irish border open

Then, Donald Trump is coming for a state visit in early June; a Brexit-supporting president who has reigned defiant will face a lame duck prime minister who failed to deliver it. She will probably have to endure his praise for Boris Johnson, a leadership contender Trump admires; criticism over Britain’s decision to parlay with China’s Huawei; and no doubt other indignities.

I just love that this arrogant woman is getting her comeuppance. Bet she doesn't sleep well at night especially as she'll go down in history as arguably the worst leader ever.

President must sign it Very biased and flawed article with little understanding of what the issues are. Publishers and collecting societies conveniently blame Google. It's because they fear losing money which they will now have to share with creators and authors. Total exaggeration! Publishing and creative industries in countries with fair use are thriving. Nowhere did the creative industries collapse because of fair use. In fact US boasts largest and richest creative industries in the world!!
