CityofCT You failed. Metro, the Mayor and SAPS were all on scene and you all failed

Nothing to investigate here. This security company had no right to chase people away from the beach. They are not a part of CPT Metro or SAPS and have no jurisdiction over parks and beaches. Someone must be arrested for breaching City bylaws.
