The only lasting solution is to develop local oil supplies. Which is what Shell is working at. I like the potentially progressive thinking of our new finance minister. ANC please don't stifle he's attempts to loosen the economy. By the way this could form part of your RET plan. Its long overdue and we currently still paying the pump price that was announced at the end of November, no reduction at the pumps after the price correction announced by the department!
