A Russian delegation to a BRICS dialogue on Africa and the Middle East has called on the warring parties in Sudan to cease hostilities while ignoring their own country's bloody war with Ukraine. Special envoys from the BRICS group of nations are in Cape Town for the ninth session of the meeting of BRICS deputy ministers and special envoys responsible for the Middle East and North Africa.
