The Catalans recently completed the signing of Ferran Torres from Manchester City in a deal reportedly worth £45 million despite their well-documented financial troubles.
Reports in Spain claim the Blaugrana got a huge bank loan to get the deal over the line, but Torres can only be registered once the club starts off-loading players. Laporta, meanwhile, has warned competitors that the Catalan outfit is"re-emerging" as they look to get back among Europe's elite clubs after a shaky few seasons.“Everyone should be ready because we have returned. "We work calmly. We are on the way to make additions in winter, and we are also working in the medium term.”
