Banning of pit bulls won’t work, owners must be held liable - federation

after being attacked by a neighbour's pit bull in Henneman in the Free State.by a neighbour's dog.

"However, as human beings, we are tasked with enforcing the laws and an owner who is legally responsible for what their dog does can and this needs to start happening.

It will work, at this rate lives will be saved

Look at the owner of the dog. If a dog gets ill treated, no matter what breed, the animal will attack. People are known for this, especially with Pit Bulls, because of arranged dog fights for money. Pure cruelty that shouldn't happen.
