YoliswaSobuwa Since mam Angie's face is on this headline I suspect this doesn't affect higher learning institutions.

YoliswaSobuwa School code of conduct must be clearly adhered to. Parents must sign it as acceptence to compliance with it. Many girls wear 2centimeters tunics, exposing their thighs. Let us advocate compliance in both sides prior to hammering our people.
