The government has taken some of the most decisive measures on the continent to tackle the spread of Covid-19, conducting the most tests and imposing one of its strictest lockdowns. SA had recorded 27,403 confirmed coronavirus cases and 577 deaths as of Thursday, out of some 655,000 people tested. The ministry said it is prioritising processing tests for patients admitted in hospitals and healthcare workers, while also collecting specimens from community screening.

So what is the testing backlog figures – is it 100K, 80K or 30K?Over the past week, Mkhize and others have spoken a lot about the 'global shortage of test kits and the creation of a backlog', without providing figures. Confusion had already run through with stats. It comes to a point where any death of a human being is recorded as convid. Conniving virus deficiency. In my form of conception, politicians lie too much. And they are trying hard to sell something and later call it economy.
