Road Traffic Management Corporation spokesperson Simon Zwane said the organisation had three focus areas: collisions with pedestrians, vehicles overturning, and hit-and-run incidents. "They contribute to the highest number of fatalities. These crashes are influenced by alcohol use, speeding and roadworthiness of vehicles.
