Artists can get up to R3m in funding. But they must create at least 200 jobs.

The Presidency has made further funds available to the arts under the Employment Stimulus Programme.

The programme, which falls under the Presidential Stimulus Programme , was introduced in 2020 as a way to boost the economy following the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Those looking for funding should note that the funding is there to create employment opportunities in and beyond the sector.
