London clubs Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to duke it out for an England international who could be put up for sale.

Brentford striker Ivan Toney is currently serving an eight-month ban after he was charged with over 200 counts of betting breaches by the English Football Association.

However, the controversy has not seen the 27-year-old lose any prominence within the transfer market as many of English sides are said to be keen on his services., north Londoners Spurs and their west London counterparts, the Blues, have been mooted as the teams who are pushing to sign the Northampton native, while the Emirates Stadium is also considered as a possible destination for the attacker.

There have been rumours that the Gunners would have likely pursued Toney’s signature this past off-season had he not been banned, but it seems that clubs will have another chance to sign the towering striker come January with his current manager, Thomas Frank, recently revealing that Brentford are open to selling their talisman for an adequate price.
