Eskom's attempts to coerce municipalities to pay when they are unable to do so is undesirable.

The high court found in favour of Resilient and the chambers, and said Eskom's decision was unlawful.

But so is it the same with municapalitys disconnecting ppl when they cant afford to pay. They need to do a full audit of there custermors . Those that can pay must pay .
