ANC staffers who have battled to get outstanding salaries from the party have promised to explore legal action in the new year. | ZintleMahlati

Threats of possible legal action from the aggrieved employees come as the governing party remained two months behind in paying salaries. On Tuesday, ANC staffers breathed a sigh of relief as outstanding payments for October were finally paid.

For months, the ANC has been facing a backlash from employees over the delayed payment of salaries.
