Roger Anderson is the mastermind behind a call-answering service that was developed by the Jolly Roger Telephone Company – which has an array of digitally created characters waiting to chat with unsuspecting cold callers.
Anderson recently announced that one of their chatbots, Salty Sally, is now powered by ChatGPT-4, the large language model developed by OpenAI. Salty Sally launched head first into an anecdote about recently winning a talent competition and said she was"just over the moon". She asked whether the caller had ever participated in a talent show.
