I don’t know much aboutlaw but I feel like EFF lawyers can easily lie, and say he wasn’t wearing SANDF uniform. A lot of people wear camo these days, some are even sold with national flags. How do you prove that this particular one is SANDF gear? Oh leave the little guy alone...he believes he's a fighter ( but probably can't fight his way out of a paper bag )...😁 Our townships are awash with civilians in army uniform. The prisons are full already and they use these as items of clothing and not fashion.
