It comes as a response to Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula's statements that e-tolls will not be scrapped for now.
Spokesperson Layton Beard said,"our concern is that we know that compliance levels are very low. Those will not change even under the threat of legal action… The bottom line in our view is that e-tolls need to be scrapped… There are many other mechanisms in which that money can be found.”
