"At the direction of the South African government and local health authorities, we must regretfully announce the following changes to our 047 event calendar! #HuaweiJoburgDay in the Park has been cancelled. 947 takes the safety and health of our guests, staff and our Joburg community very seriously and we urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols of public health officials," it reads. The radio station has also had to postpone their yearly Rhythm Run event.
