My mom cooked lamb pilau, with lamb chops, potatoes and rice. Ate it with fried bhindi , kachumbari , achar, and yogurt. For desert, she opened a can of lychees and mixed them in with Häagen-Dazs vanilla Swiss almond ice cream. Amazing.
