This morning we woke up to patchy fog and drizzle, but those conditions will clear later this morning. The high heat will concentrate mainly in the valleys and inland areas — expect valley highs to be in the mid to upper 80s. There's a heat advisory out for the Inland Empire from noon to 8 p.m. — temperatures will soar for the Riverside and San Bernardino county valleys from 97 to 101 degrees.
