Young Sheldon’s Mandy meet Big Bang Theory’s Georgie in a new social media post.

Young Sheldon's Mandy meets The Big Bang Theory's Georgie as Emily Osment and Jerry O'Connell pose in an adorable image. One of the unexpected additions to Young Sheldon is Osment's Mandy who was introduced in season 5 as Georgie's new love interest. Despite their age difference that resulted in their break-up, the couple needed to reconcile after finding out that they are pregnant.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY While they never shared the screen, Young Sheldon's Mandy and The Big Bang Theory's Georgie meet in a new adorable image. The snap is shared by Osment on her official Instagram account as she poses with O'Connell, check it below: View this post on Instagram A post shared by Emily Osment In the caption, Osment also mentions another professional connection between her and O'Connell. The actor played the younger version of her dad, Nick Diamond, in Young & Hungry. But like in Young Sheldon and The Big Bang Theory, they never got to share the screen.

Despite not appearing or even being mentioned in the nerd-centric sitcom, however, Young Sheldon has already revealed Mandy's secret TBBT impact. Since her parents run a tire shop, it could be how Georgie gets the idea to focus on selling them. The eldest Cooper kid is established to have a knack for finding tire holes and other damages making it easier for him to cater to customers.

For now, Young Sheldon needs to do the best that they can with George and Mandy's future story in the prequel. Despite an inevitable split, The Big Bang Theory spin-off can develop other aspects of their relationship, especially with regard to how they are approaching parenthood. From there, CBS can decide how they will explain Mandy's absence from Georgie's life in the nerd-centric sitcom.
