That’s rough. Could/does happen to anybody of any race. But it certainly does happen FAR more for blacks and unfortunately I’m not sure that is gonna change anytime soon.
Need to nail him for attempting a false arrest
The officer didn't even try to ask Mr. Evans who he was first before attempting to arrest him. That wasn't just racial (i.e. bigoted) profiling, it was sloppy police work. The officer shouldn't be allowed to be an officer anymore. He could have easily killed an innocent man.
