Yes, people on Medicaid can retain phone benefits when ACP ends

Medicaid recipients are eligible for Lifeline, which means they can still get discounts on cell service through companies like Safelink.. The Federal Communications Commission runs the ACP, which provides discounts for broadband internet and devices to people with low incomes. Funding for the ACP runs out at the end of April.
