, which began in 2014, has seen Iran-aligned Houthi Shiite rebels attempt to topple the internationally-recognized government by taking control of the capital Sanaa. A Saudi-led coalition has been supporting the government in fighting the rebels.

U.N. agencies have been raising the alarm of the risk posed by the tanker for more than a year, Lowcock said Wednesday.. Lowcock said the leak was relatively small and divers were able to patch it up and contain it. However"it is impossible to say how long it might hold," he added.Abduljabbar Zeyad / Reuters file

Yemen's foreign minister, Mohammed Al-Hadhrami, told the Security Council that the government has accepted the U.N. plan, but said the Houthi militia was not cooperating.

Can’t they just pump the oil out and into another tanker?

Time is running out for sleepy joe

No one will do anything about it because it’s Yemen! If this happened anywhere else it would constantly be in the news

So what do you want me to do? Go pump it out and then sink the ship?

Well the UN is paid billions of dollars - why don't they do something about it? Sounds like a Democrat - Point out issues they don't like and instead of fixing the problem, force someone else to do it (or riot)

Ok Elon
