Like many other schools, Palmyra Area School District families have been faced with controversial issues in the past several years. When considering the school board directors that we want to represent our children, our community should strongly consider Dave Laudermilch as a write-In candidate on the Republican ticket.
As a Republican, he stands for fiscal responsibility and upholding a commitment to our community to remain the top school district in Lebanon County. Over the past several years, Dave has demonstrated a high level of commitment to maintaining board transparency, asking difficult questions about budgetary decisions, and keeping our teachers and students at the heart of his intentions.
Teacher retention has been a significant struggle for this school district for many years and this is a primary focus of Dave’s campaign. Without the ability to retain quality teachers, our children’s education will deteriorate, thus negatively impacting our community as a whole. Dave is passionate about this need and is committed to making a difference.
As a long-standing member of our community, Dave has been an avid supporter of all students, including those with artistic or athletic talent, an interest in robotics, a commitment to volunteerism, as well as those with disabilities and high academic achievers alike. Dave is the epitome of a strong community-minded man that has a passion for making a difference in the lives of those around him.
