The GOP always says high tuition is the result of gov subsidized loans. But if the state can unilaterally choose to freeze tuition, and presumably lower it, then how again is it the fault of student loans? How is state gov not solely responsible for high tuition?
Freezing already too expensive tuition isn’t a solution at all.

Cox proposes college tuition freeze in UtahGovernor Spencer Cox is proposing some relief for college students across Utah, saying the state is on the lower end of higher education costs with some of the lowest student loan rates nationwide. The cost of paying for so many pointless and useless classes before finally getting to what I wanted to make in was the reason I had to drop out of school years ago.
