Millions of people will be thrown into poverty as the coronavirus outbreak will cause economic growth to slow significantly this year in China and other East Asian-Pacific countries - World Bank forecast

A participant stands near a logo of World Bank at the International Monetary Fund - World Bank Annual Meeting 2018 in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, October 12, 2018.

The bank's report projects that growth in the region would slow to 2.1 percent this year from 5.8 percent in 2019 under a “baseline” forecast in which economic recovery takes hold this summer. A slowdown of the size being projected by the World Bank for such a critical part of the global economy would have severe effects for the rest of the world.

If you had prioritized me instead of your wallet- you’d be in a far better place right now. Wait, you mean they've performed more and more drastic manipulative, anti-free-market actions in a shorter period of time than ever before, right? 🤔

If you’re going to talk about the risks involved with lending into risk markets, you should actually cite some of those risks and prove potential outcomes of them. 🤦‍♂️
