Woman seriously injured after I-25 head-on crash north of Fort Collins

The crash closed I-25 in both directions for more than an hour, said Sgt. Patrick Rice. The highway reopened at 3:16 p.m.

Investigators are still determining which vehicle was driving the wrong way on northbound I-25 when a Dodge passenger vehicle and tractor-trailer collided head-on at 1:46 p.m. near mile marker 281, Rice said.A woman in the Dodge was seriously injured and transported to a hospital by Flight for Life, Rice said. Neither truck driver reported any injuries.
