A vacate order has been issued, along with a violation for failing to maintain the building.

NEW YORK -- Office of Emergency Management officials say a woman was outside shoveling snow when she was killed by falling bricks in Sunset Park, Brooklyn on Tuesday.Police said it happened at around 12:30 p.m. at the corner of 54th Street and Sixth Avenue.Images from Google Earth show what the building used to look like, with a decorative facade at the entrance of the building. But after Tuesday's collapse, all you can see are exposed bricks and debris on the ground.
